A Sheboygan man has been charged with his 9th OWI Offense following a traffic stop early Thursday morning.  43 year old Pedro Reynoso was formally charged Thursday afternoon in Sheboygan County Court with the felony offense after police pulled him over in his brother’s car, because his brother had an active warrant.  According to the criminal complaint, when Reynoso got out of the car, he smelled of alcohol and failed the tests the officer gave him.  If convicted, Reynoso is facing up to 10 years in prison and a $25,000 fine.

A 35-year-old Plymouth man has been arrested in Sheboygan County on suspicion of fourth-time drunken driving.

Officers with the Wisconsin State Patrol’s Fond du Lac office stopped the man on a moped when he allegedly sped near N. Milwaukee St. and Elizabeth St. at 6:20 p.m. Saturday, the patrol said in a news release. Authorities said the man was driving 39 mph in a 25-mph zone.

32 year old Jonathan Herr was sentenced recently by Judge Timothy Van Akkeren to 2 years in prison to be followed by 2 years on extended supervision on charges of fleeing and 5th offense drunk driving.

Sheboygan, WI: Drunk 19-year-old sentenced to 6 years for deadly Brat Days crash.

A Sheboygan woman convicted of driving drunk and crashing into three women — killing one — during last summer’s Brat Days festival has been sentenced to six years in prison.

Nineteen-year-old Kayla Bower pleaded no contest in January to three felony charges as part of a plea deal.
