Police arrested the driver in a fatal crash that killed a passenger in Southwest Portland Friday morning.
Audy Molina-Colindres, 29, faces DUII, manslaughter and reckless driving charges. Portland Police said they believe alcohol was a factor in the crash.
Police said the car hit a tree near SW Barbur Boulevard and Miles Street just after 3 a.m.
Molina-Colindres was trapped inside and was suffering from traumatic injuries. Portland Fire and Rescue crews removed him.
The passenger, 28-year-old Dmitriy Maksimov, died at the scene.
