Prosecutors released new details Tuesday regarding a drunk driving crash that killed a man in Beaverton in August of last year.
Beaverton police said Oscar Ferrusca-Tellez was drunk when he crashed his SUV Aug. 6 over a jersey barrier near the junction of Highway 217 and Highway 26, killing one of his passengers.
