A Tampa Bay area man has been sentenced to 15 years in prison for a fatal drunken driving crash.
A Hillsborough County judge sentenced 35-year-old Albino Martinez on Friday following a DUI manslaughter conviction.
Authorities say several unidentified 911 callers followed Martinez on July 4, 2010, reporting that he was driving erratically and likely going to kill someone. That prediction came true when Martinez smashed head on into a minivan and killed 42-year-old Gina Villegas.
