Quimby
Six times in 20 years Watertown resident Rodney Heath Quimby has been convicted of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
Seven more times in his life he has also been charged and convicted with DUI, an older term for OVI, prompting Washington County Common Pleas Judge Ed Lane to order the maximum possible sentence to Quimby Wednesday morning.
Quimby, 41, of 25 Franklin St., Watertown, will serve 120 days in prison with credit for six days already served.
