I know there are a lot of you checking back on this one for an update on what is happening in court. Please know that I am watching it. It appears that Maricopa County updates the court records over night at around 3 a.m. There was no change today. I am also watching the local press from Mesa, but did not notice any updates today. I will post additional info here as soon as I get it.
Today’s docket shows “hearing vacated.” No new hearing date is posted yet. I will continue to monitor the court docket in this case.
Arraignment scheduled for Tuesday, May 2. 8:30 a.m.
An initial pretrial conference is now scheduled for the morning of June 19.
Meanwhile, the court summary posted online shows $350,000 was deposited on April 24. It appears Mr. Clary was released from custody sometime after that date, but that is not totally clear. There was also a motion (and a hearing? ) listed for 5/10/12 “To Modify Conditions of Release re: Travel”
