Woman charged with DWI after crashing into police car. After fleeing police, she pulls into a parking lot with one entrance/exit. Trapped, she hits the cruisers trying to get out. Whether she was trying to squeeze her way through or force her way out — she ended up in jail either way.
The woman has been identified as Charlotte McDonald, 23, of Highland Mills.
